Send the page address and what has changed, for example a new welcome offer or a brand that has moved to another operator. We check it against the operator's site and the Gambling Commission register before updating the page.
Operators
If your brand is listed with a wrong licence holder, offer or date, tell us what is wrong and where we can verify it. Listings and scores cannot be bought.
Complaints about a casino
We cannot resolve a dispute with an operator. Use the operator's own complaints process first; if that fails, its terms will name the dispute resolution service it uses. The Gambling Commission explains the steps on its website.
